Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing Henderson for your motorcycle gear needs. There's no coupon code required – the discount is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.
Order Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Here's what you need to know about our processing schedule:
- Standard Orders: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day
- Express & Overnight Orders: Must be placed before 12:00 PM EST for same-day processing
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM Friday through Sunday are processed on Monday
- Holiday Schedule: Orders may experience slight delays during major holidays. We'll notify you if your order will be affected
Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Most orders ship within 24 hours of processing.

Customs and Import Duties
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authority. We complete all necessary customs documentation accurately to help expedite your shipment through customs clearance. All international packages include full tracking from our warehouse to your door.

PO Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS for domestic orders. Please note that express and overnight shipping options are not available for PO Box addresses. We also proudly ship to APO/FPO military addresses at standard domestic rates. Thank you for your service!
Shipping Restrictions
While we strive to serve customers everywhere, please be aware of the following restrictions:
- Some items cannot be shipped via air freight due to airline regulations (certain aerosols, batteries, etc.)

Shipping Issues and Support
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or household members first. If you still can't locate your package, contact us within 48 hours and we'll file a claim with the carrier. We stand behind every order and will work to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately at jouiet.hat@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Delivery Delays

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Contact us immediately at jouiet.hat@gmail.com with your order number and new address. Once a package has shipped, we cannot change the address, but we can work with the carrier to attempt delivery rerouting (additional fees may apply).
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping times are typically 7-10 business days, and customs duties may apply.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
We recommend ordering at least 10 business days before you need your items to account for processing and transit time. If you have a tight deadline, choose express or overnight shipping and contact us to confirm availability and timing.
Do you offer local pickup?
Currently, we operate as an online-only retailer and do not offer local pickup. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.
Can I track my international shipment?
Yes, all international shipments include tracking. However, tracking updates may be less frequent once your package enters your country's postal system. You can use your tracking number on your local postal service website for the most up-to-date information.
